Homer Laughlin - Surrender of General Lee - Collector Plate 

 

This very nice Homer Laughlin collector plate depicts the historical
account of Robert E. Lee (Confederate General)

surrendering to Ulysses S. Grant (Union General)

at the town of Appamattox Court House, Virginia on April 9, 1865.

It is in very nice condition for its age.

It has a few small scratches but they are not real noticeable.

There is a little discoloration around the picture or it could need to be cleaned. There are a few spots on the back from
maybe where it was hung.
