This 83 year old book is in really good condition, no rips, tears or markings in this book. The pages are tanned due to age. There are lines on the front cover also do to age (visible
in 1^st pic) and there are 2 scratches and a nick on the back cover
(visible in last pic). This is a Very nice book with very little problems.
